My job is the best!
The work I do truly reflects my passion of providing service to others. 

I hold Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Education, as well as a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in WA State, a Certified Personal Life Coach, a WA State Approved Counselor Supervisor, a Reiki Master and a Reconnective Healing Practitioner.  In addition, I have served as an adjunct faculty member at Antioch University Seattle for several years.

My work has enabled me opportunities to help clients with a great variety of mental health concerns, career and other life issues, and physical symptoms.  Over the years, I have developed a great interest and expertise in mind/body work, energetic healing, personal life coaching, animal healing, and multicultural approaches to healing.

Outside of work, I am literally outside.  I use every possible opportunity to take advantage of living in this beautiful state. My passion for the natural world has me pursuing birding, hiking, walking my dog, and gardening.  Indoors, I enjoy reading, listening to music, watching movies, cooking for family and friends, and attempting art projects.
