Rather than a “one size fits all” approach, I believe that there are many ways to achieve and maintain a healthy, happy life.  My philosophy about well-being is an all-encompassing one that focuses on the mental, physical, and emotional/spiritual.  Toward that goal, I offer you:

Psychotherapy/Mental Health Counseling
:
I believe that everyone has a story to tell that reflects their overall mind / body / spirit.  For you to share your history, I provide a warm, welcoming opportunity.  Once we have your own personal journey from which to draw, we work together to sort through the areas which are promoting good health so that we can build on those.  Anything that is no longer serving your best interests will be examined so that we can find alternatives which will better suit your needs.  This approach may involve creative/artistic expression, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, journaling, traditional talk therapy, or a combination of therapies.

I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, families, and groups.

Personal Life Coaching
:  Take pride in who are you and in who you hope to become!  The goal-oriented Life Coaching approach is tremendously valuable in getting your optimism and enthusiasm quickly jump started.  Accessing your authentic self and clarifying your life purpose are primary goals of this method.

Professional Mental Health Counselor Supervision
:
As a WA State Approved Supervisor, I assist those seeking licensure by providing supervision hours.  I am also available to assist any therapist seeking professional support and consultation.

“I can only sing praises of Isadora’s therapy work! She is definitely tuned-in to her clients’ needs. I’ve been able to carry what I learned from her with me into every aspect of my life. Her work with me has been truly invaluable.”
